We can follow you to your medical appointments. We can contact your carers, doctors, nurses, and yourself, to make sure you are receiving satisfactory medical support reliably. We can provide tailored service to your needs via face to face, telephone, text messages or email
Remember, our team is not make decision for you and your support people.Our duty is to give guidance, explain confusing or overwhelming information, help You through a trying time, suggest alternative options of care, or look at various ways to manage chronic pain or disease.
Things we can not do for you:

We can not be your next of kin.
We cannot replace your Medical Power of Attorney
We can not give you financial advice
